We believe pool certification in NSW should be easy to understand, and so should the cost. Our pricing is fixed and competitive, with no hidden fees or last-minute add-ons. Whether you're in Sydney, Newcastle, the Central Coast, or Wollongong, you’ll know exactly what to expect before we arrive.
Our Services
Our inspectors conduct a full site visit to assess your barrier, gates, fencing, latches, non-climbable zones, and CPR signage. We’re familiar with both statewide and local council requirements, ensuring every element is checked properly for compliance.
If your pool meets all safety requirements, we’ll issue your official Form 126 – Certificate of Compliance, valid for 3 years and required for any sale or lease. This certificate confirms your pool is legally compliant and safe for use.
Once your rectification work is complete, we’ll return for a reinspection and, if all items are resolved, issue your Form 126. We’re happy to answer questions, recommend trades, or help interpret council guidelines.
While certificates can only be issued after an onsite inspection, we offer virtual reviews (via photos or video) to give early feedback. These are ideal for identifying common compliance issues before your official inspection.
Our licensed NSW pool safety inspectors visit your property to assess the pool barrier in accordance with the Swimming Pools Act 1992, Swimming Pools Regulation 2018, and AS1926.1. This includes checking gate latches, fence height, climbable zones, and CPR signage. If your pool passes, we’ll issue a Form 126 Certificate of Compliance. If not, you’ll receive a Form 24 Notice of Non-Compliance outlining what must be addressed.
While NSW law requires an onsite inspection for official certification, we offer virtual pre-assessment reviews to help you prepare. Simply send us photos or video of your pool fence, gates, and access points. Our team will provide expert feedback to flag potential compliance issues early — helping you avoid delays during your formal inspection.
If your pool doesn’t pass the initial inspection, we provide fast, reliable re-inspection services. Once you’ve completed the necessary changes listed in your Form 24, we’ll return to reassess the site. If everything is compliant, we’ll issue your Form 126 certificate, so you can move forward with confidence — whether for lease, sale, or peace of mind.
