Our Services
A licensed inspector visits your property to assess your pool barrier, gate, and surrounding area in line with QLD safety standards.
If your pool passes inspection, we issue your official Form 23 certificate — valid for 1 year (for shared pools) or 2 years (non-shared pools).
If your pool doesn’t pass initially, we provide a detailed nonconformity notice outlining what needs to be fixed. Once rectified, we return for a reinspection.
Need help understanding the requirements before booking? We offer expert guidance and helpful pool compliance checklists so you’re prepared ahead of time.
Our licensed pool safety inspectors visit your property to assess your pool and barrier in accordance with Queensland’s pool safety laws. This includes checking gate operation, barrier height, climbable zones, latching mechanisms, and general compliance with AS1926.1. If your pool meets all requirements, we’ll issue a Form 23 Pool Safety Certificate. If not, you’ll receive a detailed nonconformity notice outlining exactly what needs to be fixed.
While Queensland law does not allow virtual inspections for official certification, we offer virtual pre-assessment reviews to help you prepare. Send us photos or videos of your pool barrier, gate, and access areas, and our team will provide expert advice on potential issues — helping you avoid surprises during the official onsite inspection.
If your pool doesn’t pass the initial inspection, we provide a fast and streamlined re-inspection service. Once you’ve addressed the items listed in your nonconformity notice, we’ll return to reassess your pool and issue your Form 23 certificate if all requirements are met.
